Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related experience.
• Experience in energy efficiency or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with irrigation and industrial systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM preferred.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess energy efficiency projects at agricultural sites.
• Perform energy engineering analyses on irrigation and industrial systems.
• Manage project pipelines, schedules, savings estimates, incentives and deadlines.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, trainings, and industry events.
• Engage contractors to promote incentive offerings and overcome barriers.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams; maintain Salesforce records.
• Write technical reports for non-technical audiences.
