Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in energy efficiency or mechanical engineering fields.
• Experience with irrigation and industrial mechanical systems.
• Experience modeling mechanical systems and quantifying annual energy savings.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess energy efficiency projects at agricultural sites with contractors and customers.
• Perform energy engineering analyses on irrigation, agriculture, and industrial systems.
• Manage project pipelines: schedules, follow-up actions, savings estimates, incentives, deadlines.
• Conduct calls, field visits, meetings, trainings, and industry events.
• Engage contractors and vendors to promote incentives and overcome participation barriers.
