Job summary

Huitt-Zollars, Inc. is seeking an experienced Irrigation Designer for our Dallas, TX office. The role requires a Texas Licensed Irrigation Designer with at least two years of design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and LandFX.

You will evaluate site conditions, design efficient irrigation systems, and produce detailed construction drawings across diverse project types. The position offers full-time hours in a class A office environment with strong opportunities to contribute to master

Qualifications

Must be a Texas Licensed Irrigation Designer.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a designer.
Proficient in AutoCAD and LandFX.

Responsibilities

Evaluate site conditions, water availability and landscape development.
Design an irrigation system that meets the client's requirements, schedule and budget.
Create detailed drawings that specify which types and brands of products should be used and how they should be installed.
Assist landscape designers, landscape architects and senior staff with research, site analysis and irrigation construction documentation for a wide range of project types.
Irrigation master planning, producing precise and consistent irrigation construction drawings, cost estimating, accurate project detailing, and landscape design assistance as needed.
