Responsibilities include reading plans, programming systems, performing seasonal services, training crew members, and maintaining accurate reports. This role requires 3+ years in irrigation and a valid driver's license, with ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

3+ years of irrigation installation and repair experience.
Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to read irrigation plans and blueprints.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead irrigation crew members on daily job assignments.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.
Read and interpret irrigation plans and blueprints.
Ensure proper system programming and water management practices.
Perform seasonal services such as system start-ups, winterizations, and inspections.
Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor job progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate job records, material usage, and daily reports.
Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members.
Enforce company safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE.
Operate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment safely.
