Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Irrigation Operations Manager to oversee service technicians, installation crews, and subcontractors, ensuring all irrigation work is completed on time, to high-quality standards, and with maximum efficiency.

The position requires at least 3 years of irrigation and managerial experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills. Spanish language ability is a plus; the role includes seasonal snow and ice removal duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in landscaping/irrigation.
• Minimum 3 years irrigation experience: service, installation, diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable record.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead service techs, installation crews, and subcontractors to complete work on time and to standard.
• Schedule, supervise, and motivate crews; manage subcontractors and safety.
• Conduct daily site visits to ensure quality and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales to review estimates and change orders.
• Lead snow and ice removal duties during winter months.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
