Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Welder/Ironworker.
  • Ability to obtain AWS D1.1 (unlimited) certification.
  • OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and install structural steel components.
  • Read and understand blueprints and project layouts.
  • Adhere to AWS D1.1 and other industry codes.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret instructions
Knowledge of how to handle metal
Proficient in industry tools and equipment
Apply shop mathematics to solve problems

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
AWS D1.1 certification (limited)
