Job summary

Fluor Corporation, a leading engineering and construction company in the United States, seeks an Ironworker Rigger to join our field teams. You will align, level, and anchor cranes and equipment, and select gear and rigging to support demanding project schedules.

Responsibilities include assembling and installing rigging, attaching loads, connecting pulleys to overhead structures, signaling hoists for safe movement, monitoring gauges, and maintaining rigging gear on-site.

  • Attach loads to rigging.

  • Signal or give verbal directions to workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety of workers and materials.
  • Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure machine is functioning properly.
  • Dismantle, clean, maintain, repair, and store rigging equipment.
