Job summary

Flr Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking an Ironworker Rigger to join their team in Victoria, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning, leveling, and anchoring cranes and equipment, as well as assembling and installing supporting structures and rigging. Safety is paramount, and you will signal workers engaged in hoisting operations to ensure that safety standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Align, level, and anchor cranes and equipment.
• Select gear, shackles, and cables according to load size and work schedule.
• Assemble and install supporting structures, rigging, hoist, and pulling gear.
• Attach loads to rigging.
• Connect pulleys and blocks to overhead structures.
• Signal or give verbal directions to workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads.
• Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure machine is functioning properly.
• Dismantle, clean, maintain, repair, and store rigging equipment.
