Job summary

hth companies, inc is seeking an Ironworker to install pre-engineered metal buildings and perform connecting work at above-ground elevations. The role requires familiarity with hand signals and basic rigging, and safety practices while working at heights.

Experience with pre-engineered systems, pole barns, metal studs, and welding is a plus. The candidate will promote safety, work with a team, and operate a variety of hand tools and machinery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical work and climb ladders.
• Experience with pre-engineered buildings or metal framing is a plus.
• Familiar with basic hand signals and rigging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training and PPE usage.
• Follows directions of supervisor and completes tasks.
• Handles tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Works in various weather conditions and at heights.
• Performs basic math for measurements and layouts.
• Operates a variety of machinery as needed.
• Maintains professional conduct with coworkers, clients, and managers.
