Candidates should be able to read basic math, use hand tools, and operate various machinery. The position demands physical stamina, ability to climb ladders, and adaptability to different weather conditions, supporting a reliable, safety-focused team

Qualifications

• Must have safety training and ability to work at heights.
• Familiarity with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs; welding is a plus.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery.
• Strong math skills in basic math, geometry, and algebra.
