LPR Apprentice Program
After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
Projects and Employment: With projects throughout the US, we have a fully loaded backlog of work that can provide you continued employment. Projects include Medical buildings, Scheel stores, Universal Studio addition, Fitness centers, and Netflix studios, among others.
Team and Responsibilities: Under supervision, the ironworker helper is responsible for tasks related to structural iron and steel erection, completing tasks timely and safely while maintaining productivity.
Required Skills
Normal construction site conditions include loud noises, dust, potential hazards, and heavy equipment operation nearby. May include exposure to heights over 40 feet, confined spaces, outdoor elements, and long hours.
