After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid training that follows the NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive regular pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.
With projects throughout the US, we have a fully loaded backlog of work that can provide you continued employment. Projects include Medical buildings, Scheel stores, Universal Studio additions, Fitness centers, and Netflix studios, among others.
Under supervision, the ironworker helper is responsible for completing tasks related to structural iron and steel erection, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, quality manner while maintaining safety and productivity.
