Job summary

Jgmusa in Little Rock, AR seeks an experienced Foreman with strong welding and ironwork to lead crews on a structural retrofit project conducted entirely indoors. The role starts 10/26 for about 6–12 months, with six 10-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.

You will plan daily work, lead a crew, ensure safety, and assist hands-on as needed on a reinforced structure. Prior D1.1/D1.8 welding knowledge and reading structural drawings are important.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ironworker experience.
• Foreman or lead experience.
• Strong welding background; retrofit or reinforcement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of D1.1 and/or D1.8 welding.
• Able to read structural drawings.
• Able to work 60 hours/week.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
