Job summary

JGM in Little Rock, AR seeks an experienced Foreman/Lead Ironworker to supervise a structural reinforcement project indoors. You will lead a crew, plan daily tasks, ensure safety, and perform hands-on work as required.

The role requires 6+ years of ironworking, foreman experience, welding proficiency, and the ability to read structural drawings while sustaining a 60-hour workweek. OSHA 10 or 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ironworker experience.
• Foreman or lead experience.
• Strong welding background; retrofit or reinforcement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of D1.1 and/or D1.8 welding.
• Able to read structural drawings.
• Able to work 60 hours/week.

$35–$39/hr + $120/day Per Diem (Work 6, Paid 7)

Duration of Little Rock project: Approx. 6-12 months

Schedule: Six 10-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday

Overview

We’re seeking experienced Foremen with strong welding and ironwork backgrounds to lead crews on a structural retrofit project in Little Rock, AR. The work focuses on reinforcing an existing building rather than new steel erection, and it takes place entirely indoors.
