Position: Ironworker Foreman
This role involves performing duties to raise, place, and unite girders, columns, and other structural steel components to form completed structures or frameworks. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up hoisting equipment, guiding and aligning structural steel, and securing materials during installation. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Physical Demands:
This position requires constant physical effort, including standing for at least eight hours, often for extended periods. Tasks involve stooping, bending, crouching, overhead work, lifting up to 90 pounds, manual dexterity, climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions. The ability to be certified for confined space entry and to provide direction for crane operators is necessary.
