Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to lead a crew on daily metal and structural steel projects. You will read blueprints, ensure safety, and keep projects on schedule.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and inspectors. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ironwork, miscellaneous metals or steel experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and plans.
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Ironworker Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands‑on experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel and is ready to lead a crew.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew on daily metal and steel projects
• Make sure work is done safely and correctly
• Read and follow blueprints and plans
• Help keep projects on schedule
• Work with contractors, inspectors, and other trades
• Help solve problems that come up on the job
• Make sure the crew has what they need to get the job done

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in ironwork, miscellaneous metals, or steel
• Experience reading blueprints
• Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and willing to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Night work
• Weekend availability as needed
• $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
