Job summary

Vestis Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a team-oriented employee to perform duties in our industrial laundry facility. You will stage and feed merchandise, receive and fold items, and verify quantities while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

The role requires ability to follow training and instructions, good math and communication skills, and the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 300 lbs on carts. Shift: Mon-Fri 10:30am-7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand training and instructions.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift/move carts up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stage and feed merchandise on ironer to reduce wrinkling and tangling.
• Receive and fold merchandise from ironer.
• Identify and segregate items not meeting quality standards (rips, tears, stains).
• Verify merchandise quantity and bundle by type; place bundles in storage carts.
• Maneuver full and empty carts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow production practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
