Job summary

Genesis Staffing is seeking an Iron Worker to join construction crews in Alabama. You will read blueprints, position and secure structural steel beams and girders, and assemble metal frameworks using bolts and welds.

You will operate cranes and power tools and ensure safety standards are followed on site. The role requires reading plans, fabricating and installing rebar as needed, and working at heights in varying weather conditions.

• Operate cranes, hoists, and power tools safely.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow OSHA and workplace safety regulations.
• Work with construction teams to complete projects on schedule.
