Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a capable construction laborer to support field efforts under the Site Manager. This role involves site preparation, equipment decontamination, and assisting with general labor tasks at project sites.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, able to lift 60 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, and be willing to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel and report to work on short notice.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments.
• 0-2 years of construction/labor experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

Perform tasks involving physical labor at project sites. Under direct supervision of Site Manager, performs support to field efforts on general construction labor and maintenance tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and prepare project sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Operate small hand and power tools, decontamination of equipment.
• May be asked to operate on road and off road haul and water trucks.
• Handling of hazardous and non hazardous materials.
• Firewatch

High School diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license with driving record within company established parameters 18 years of age or older, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, ability to pass pre employment physical and drug screen, maintain 40 hour HAZWOPER and applicable 8 hour refresher if required, ability to work in an outdoor environment, 0- 2 years of experience. Willingness to travel and report to work upon short notice.
