Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking an Iron Technician to support hydraulic fracturing operations by breaking down and repairing iron tools, tracking repaired iron data, and helping schedule future tests. The role requires practical, hands-on work and adherence to HSE policies.

You will load/unload iron, monitor databases, and work 12+ hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. A 3-year minimum experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Iron Technician experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

  • Input and track repaired iron data in iron database.
  • Schedule future iron testing jobs based on crew schedules.
  • Monitor and review iron database for accuracy.
  • Break down and repair all iron used in hydraulic fracturing operations.
  • Load and unload iron from equipment.
  • Break down and rebuild iron.
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies; attend required HSE training and wear PPE.
  • Other duties as assigned.
