NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking Iron Shop Technician candidates to support NexTier Frac operations out of Marshall, TX.

The role involves reviewing daily reports, supervising shop/yard activities, ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining equipment and facilities to high standards. The position requires on-call availability, strong logistics and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer use required.
• Must be able to work on call and travel as needed.
• Logistical background with experience in field operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and banding materials and their maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on equipment and maintain quality workmanship.
• Work under physically demanding conditions and irregular hours.
• Strong knowledge of HSE policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity and responsibility in daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Review, complete and distribute daily reports, equipment check sheets and work orders.
• Oversee shop/yard/field work and ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities in compliance with regulations.
• Track movement of monoline equipment; prepare shipment paperwork.
• Keep test dates for inspection on equipment up to date.
• Perform general and facility maintenance repairs.
• Drive company light-duty vehicles as directed.

This posting is for Iron Shop Technician candidates who would be helping support NexTier Frac operations out of Marshall, TX

Essential Functions

• Regularly review, complete and/or distribute daily reports, equipment check sheets, and work orders.
• Shift leader
• Oversee work done in the shop/yard/field.
• Ensures quality work
• Adheres to all Policies, work procedures, Safety, etc.
• Maintain an orderly and clean facility in compliance with state and federal regulations, and also assist in servicing cement heads and equipment.
• Complete all paperwork associated with job responsibilities.
• Responsible for the safety of other employees and the prevention of damage to operating equipment
• Clean and maintain high pressure monoline equipment as per company Services Standards.
• Track the movement of the monoline equipment on the computer system and prepare the proper paperwork for shipment and tracking.
• Must keep track of the test dates for inspection on monoline equipment.
• Performs various general and facility maintenance repairs.
• Perform all job duties assigned.
• Drive company light-duty vehicles and transport equipment to and from location as directed.
