• Strong knowledge of FRAC flow iron components and maintenance processes.
• Ability to develop KPI metrics and teams for continuous improvement.

• Facilitate leadership meetings to promote teamwork consistency.
• Delegate inventory placement to counter vendor lead times and equipment failures; reduce NPT.
• Lead root-cause analyses with vendors to prevent future iron-related failures.
• Maintain an iron recertification process to improve cost efficiency and minimize NPT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, coordinators, and technicians to support operations and achieve business goals and objectives.
• Develop monthly reports showing internal inspection and audit performance.
• Work with Supply Chain and Operations to develop KPIs and operating rhythm with the team and report to leadership on weekly KPI metrics, including NPT summary, Iron Inventory, Iron Utilization, and project status, as well as action plans to reduce NPT.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an iron strategy for inventory and vendor selection for NexTier in conjunction with Maintenance and Leadership teams.
• Work with Supply Chain to maximize inventory efficiency to ensure downtime is minimized when equipment failures occur.
• Conduct meetings regularly with leadership to promote consistency in teamwork.
• Delegate strategic inventory placement for each district and the central distribution warehouse to compensate for vendor lead times and equipment failures, reducing equipment‑related NPT.
• Lead root cause analysis with vendors for iron‑related failures to determine root causes and produce recommendations for improvement in process or equipment selection to reduce future occurrences.
• Maintain and improve the iron recertification process and standard in conjunction with leadership to improve overall cost efficiency and minimize NPT.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FRAC flow iron, including seals, mechanical rebuild processes, and primary components such as swivels, plug valves, check valves, wing‑to‑thread, and other connections.
• Strong familiarity with FMC, Forum flow iron, and SPM Safety Iron (preferred).
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint (preferred).
• Understanding of basic materials management principles such as minimum stock quantities and order quantities (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (preferred).
• Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Provides timely information to enable accurate decision‑making.
• Engages with internal and external customers daily, delivering safe and efficient operations, tailored solutions, and maximizing value for both the company and its customers.
