Job summary

Waupaca Foundry is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift positions in our Wisconsin facility. You will set up, operate, and monitor foundry equipment to maintain production pace, assist with safe pours, and ensure castings meet tight specifications. Training starts on day one.

Qualifications

  • Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety rules and LOTO procedures.

  • Experience in manufacturing or related settings is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to set up and operate foundry equipment safely.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor foundry and production equipment to keep output on pace.
  • Prepare molds and assist with safe, accurate pours of molten metal.
  • Check dimensions and surfaces to ensure casts meet specifications.
  • Keep station clean, organized, and aligned with safety rules and LOTO.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to troubleshoot issues and maintain flow.
  • Document work, inspections, and shipments accurately.
  • Grow skills through hands-on training; prior foundry experience not required.
