Job summary

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. in Marinette, WI is seeking an entry-level Metals Manufacturing Operator (Foundry). You’ll be trained in production or service areas, learning to work safely and meet daily targets in a heavy industrial environment.

Starting pay is $20.40–$24.00 per hour with shift premiums and weekend premiums. Benefits start Day One, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability, 401(k), paid vacation, and wellness programs. This role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

• Keep a steady pace to meet delivery and production targets.
• Operate tools, machines, and production equipment.
• Perform visual inspections of castings and finished products.
• Handle materials up to 50 pounds.
