Shifts include nights, weekends, and required overtime to meet production goals. Starting pay is $20.40–$24.00 per hour with additional premiums for 2nd/3rd shifts, time-and-a-half on Saturdays, and double time on Sundays.

• Maintain steady pace to hit delivery and production targets.
• Operate hand tools and production machinery.
• Visually inspect castings for defects.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
