Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Waupaca, WI, is seeking candidates for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. You will operate and oversee foundry equipment, prepare molds, and assist with the safe pouring of molten metal to produce high-quality iron castings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee foundry equipment to maintain efficient production.
• Prepare molds and assist with the safe pouring of molten metal.
• Perform inspections to confirm parts meet exact specifications.
• Keep your area clean and organized and follow safety procedures (including LOTO).
• Work with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Accurately document production activities.
• Grow your capabilities through on-the-job training - no prior foundry experience required.
