The Opportunity:
IRD/Lobby Bar Cook 3
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our In-Room Dining and Lobby Bar departments.
Responsibilities:
The Cook 3 is our entry-level culinary position. The position will work primarily with cold items, and overall preparation organization. Flexibility in being cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station (i.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in-depth prep of warm items, etc.) is also required. The candidate must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive within a large team is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, show flexibility, and be available when extensive work hours are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, the ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
