The Opportunity:

IRD/Lobby Cook

Who We Look For:

We seek an individual capable of providing culinary support in our IRD/Lobby Bar Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Work primarily on the hot station, including managing meat temperatures, cooking steaks and chicken, and preparing warm items.
• Build inventory lists and oversee preparation strategies for the outlet.
• Rotate among different outlets based on occupancy, events, and resort needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of culinary experience.
• Ability to work PM shifts.
• Experience with grilling, sautéing, and advanced knife skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work extensive hours, including weekends and holidays.

Fluency in English, legal work authorization in the U.S., and a flexible schedule are required.
