Job summary

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is hiring for a role coordinating and supporting the Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (CPHS) and IRBs. You will ensure timely reviews, provide expert compliance guidance, and collaborate with IRB chairs, investigators, and CHOP divisions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with strong knowledge of federal regulations, HIPAA, and ICH GCP. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with IRB SOPs and CHOP policies.
• Ability to interpret protocol information for compliance with federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Staff CPHS and IRB; ensure timely reviews and compliance.
• Provide IRB support and consult on regulatory matters.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings per SOPs.
• Coordinate IRB activities across CHOP divisions.
• Train staff on IRB systems and maintain necessary records.
• Lead education activities on human subjects protections.
