Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication with product management teams and clients to identify needs and priorities.
• Elicit business and functional requirements and document for new products and tools.
• Review current and future-state processes to recommend workflow improvements.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses, feasibility studies, and business cases.
• Provide subject matter expertise in medical research compliance and ethics.
• Coordinate user testing and ensure smooth system implementation.
• Mentor analysts and ensure consistency in documentation.
• Prepare documentation for audits and IRB inspections.
