Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of IRA/HSA/ESA regulations beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls providing compliance and operational assistance for IRA, HSA, ESA and other account types as necessary.
• Process death claims for deceased IRA, HSA or ESA owners.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and stay informed on product offerings.
