Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years related experience, preferably in Retail or Operations.
• Knowledge of retail policies, procedures and products.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IRA/CD products and procedures.
• Research and clear CD and IRA entries and other internal accounts.
• Review and validate IRS/state documentation for IRA/CD transactions.
• Process complex IRA distributions and prepare IRS/compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Retail and IT on process enhancements.
