HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking an IR Tech II to scrub and circulate in interventional procedures, assist the Interventionalist, and help with patient scheduling and inventory management. The role includes after-hours on-call coverage and cross-training across procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a health science degree with current certification, plus BLS and ACLS and related healthcare experience.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Scrubs and circulates in procedures assisting the Interventionalist. Assists with inventory management and patient scheduling. Takes on call as assigned to provide after-hours emergency coverage. Assisting in patient care through procedures. Directly involved in assisting with all procedures and the development of protocols. Cross trains to other procedural areas to achieve a level of comfort in working with new procedures and meet developed competencies that are developed.

What qualifications you will need:

• A graduate of a degree granting program in a health science (includes, but not limited to, respiratory therapy, licensed practical nursing, paramedic, cardiovascular technology, surgical technology) with a current certification or registration required.
• BLS and ACLS required
• Related healthcare experience required
