Job summary

Bowhead is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the Infrared Radio Frequency (IR/RF) Division at NSWC Crane, Indiana. The role involves complex engineering tasks in a research setting with equipment such as injection mold machines, metal lathes, soldering and welding, and mentorship of lower-level technicians.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supply chain and lifecycle management, SOP reviews, inventory tracking, ERP and SWMS/IPDM experience, and MHE certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and seven to ten years of experience.
• Experience supporting NSWC Crane and/or the IR/RF Division.
• EXPLOSIVE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain explosive certification.
• Pre-employment drug & alcohol screening may be required.
