Job summary

Beacon Health System in Indiana is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist leader. You will supervise and mentor technologists and students, oversee routine and complex IR procedures, and partner with the IR team to optimize patient safety and throughput.

The role requires ARRT certification, Indiana licensure, and 1–2 years IR experience with leadership skills. This position supports quality care, staff development, and adherence to regulatory standards within Radiology.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiology or equivalent required.
• ARRT certification and Indiana licensure required.
• Minimum 1–2 years IR or cath lab experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and training ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance to Technologists and students in the interventional area.
• Perform routine and complex IR procedures as staff Technologist.
• Collaborate with IR Nurse and Radiology management to optimize workflow and patient safety.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting new staff.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing/coding, and compliance with accrediting requirements.
