Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in accordance with the state nurse practice act. The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.

Candidate must hold Georgia RN license and CPR certification, with ACLS/NRP/PALS required on a defined timeline. Will work within ED/ICU settings at Tanner-Health-1 facilities.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or Multistate Nursing License required.
• CPR/Healthcare Provider certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU if GI call;
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D;
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU;
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in nursing care.
• Assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
