Job summary

Mercor seeks an experienced Investor Relations Expert for a contract role. Remote work is available. You will own earnings cycles, draft earnings releases, prepared remarks and Q&A, and prepare comprehensive investor materials.

Your responsibilities include building the equity story, supporting guidance revisions with scenario analysis, and creating investor-day and AGM materials. Candidates should have 4+ years in-house IR at a public company and may hold an IRC charter (NIRI).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in-house investor relations at a public company.
• Direct ownership of an earnings cycle: release, script, Q&A, analyst engagement.
• Experience with IRC charter (NIRI) or related IR roles.
