Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Investor Relations Expert to lead the earnings cycle for a public company. This remote, contract role focuses on developing communications, guiding investor messaging, and coordinating quarterly results with analysts.

You will draft releases, prepare remarks and Q&A, and build investor materials while evaluating shareholder base and activist risk to inform capital return strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an in-house investor relations role at a public company.
• Direct ownership of an earnings cycle: release, script, Q&A, analyst engagement.
