Job summary

Adient is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to architect and execute the company’s IR strategy, communicating financial performance and strategic priorities to the investment community. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Communications, IT, and executives to ensure accurate disclosures and compelling narratives while managing quarterly earnings and investor events.

The role requires 7–10 years in IR or related capital markets roles, a finance-focused degree, and advanced proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and valuation methods.
• Experience preparing materials for executives, boards, and investors.
• Advanced technical skills with financial data, CRM, analytics and content-management tools.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy.
• Manage earnings communications, disclosures, and investor events end‑to‑end.
• Oversee IR technology platforms and data governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Communications, IT, and external providers.
• Provide market insights and leadership on AI-enabled IR workflows.
