Landing Point is seeking an Investor Relations Diligence Analyst / Associate for its Special Situations team in the United States. The role involves supporting senior IR professionals in managing investor relations activities, with a focus on diligence, reporting, and analyst support.

The position requires strong academics and 0–4+ years in asset management or related fields, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Qualifications

• BS/BA from a highly-regarded institution.
• 0-4+ years of experience in asset management, consulting, or financial services-related marketing.
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Complete RFPs/RFIs and update Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Service investor information requests during fundraising and ongoing periods.
• Perform fund, investor, and market-level analysis.
• Provide research/analytical support for IR special projects.
• Assist with recurring reporting, update marketing collateral, and write investor letters.
• Maintain consultant and performance databases.
