The two-year position offers exposure to transaction coordination, Salesforce data stewardship, and initiative-driven projects across Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IR Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with academic and professional achievement.
• 0–2 years in investor relations or related financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Excel assessment may be required.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain investor and contact data in Salesforce with history and notes.
• Prepare data analyses, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate calls and meetings including scheduling and updates.
• Develop data integrity and dashboards with operations and tech partners.
• Apply AI/automation to generate insights and improve efficiency.
