Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital in Missouri is seeking a PRN Circulator to support interventional radiology procedures. The role involves circulating during procedures, assisting with patient prep and post-procedure work, and ensuring supplies and equipment are ready.

The position requires a high school diploma or 10 years of experience, at least one year of clinical experience, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 10 years of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS HealthCare Provider certification (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Performs work under general supervision.
• Obtains patient vital signs, performs blood draws, and circulates during procedures to get equipment or supplies as needed.
• Prepares patients for procedures.
• Prepares room for procedures, monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Enters EHR documentation.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
