Job summary

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab professional to assist in scrubbing procedures and monitoring physiologic data for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures.

The role requires ARRT-R licensure, state compliance, and ACLS within 30 days. Previous Interventional Radiology experience is preferred, with proficiency in computer systems and teamwork in a busy lab.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R license as required by the state; VI preferred.
• Previous experience in an Interventional Radiology department preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during cardiovascular lab procedures.
• Ensure procedure room is prepared and stocked for each case.
• Monitor instrument par levels and supplies; participate in staff meetings and performance improvement.
• Assist in invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
