Qualifications

• 5+ years in Investor Relations, equity or credit research, corporate finance, or investment banking focusing on financials.
• Strong numeracy with bank financial analysis and valuation knowledge.
• CFA or equivalent desirable.
• Independent with owner's mindset and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion handling material non-public information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build an internal network.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal meetings with executive management to understand financial and strategic impact.
• Assist in development, preparation and management of earnings releases and executive Q&A and presentations.
• Help create clear communications regarding the company's vision and strategy for shareholder value.
• Analyze sell-side analyst models and understand street expectations.
• Gather competitive intelligence through research and collaboration across the firm.
• Provide analysis on the company's competitive position, strategic advantages, threats and opportunities.
• Collect information from quarterly earnings, conference presentations, and prepare management reports.
