Job summary

Wellmore Behavioral Health in Waterbury, CT seeks an IPV-FAIR Team Leader to supervise and advance the Intimate Partner Violence - Family Assessment and Intervention Service. The role involves direct services with adult caregivers and their children, program management, and collaboration with community providers.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in a relevant field with CT clinical licensure and at least 2 years’ experience working with families affected by IPV.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in human services or related field and at least 2 years working with children and families exposed to IPV.
• Valid CT License in Clinical field (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid CT driver’s license, reliable transportation, and travel.
• Familiarity with Word, e-mail and Internet; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for adolescents and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans including psychotherapy and related services.
• Deliver community-based outreach and treatment services in various settings.
• Lead weekly clinical team meetings.
• Supervise assigned staff and interns.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure fidelity to IPV-FAIR model.
