Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD), with facilities in Graham, KY, seeks an Integrated Product Team Leader to guide cross-functional teams in development and production projects. The IPT Leader reports to Engineering and drives execution against cost, schedule, and performance, translating customer requirements into executable plans and delivered outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
5–10 years of engineering, project execution, or operations experience in complex manufacturing (aerospace/defense).
Experience managing cost, schedule, and scope for projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle execution of assigned projects (scope, schedule, cost, risk) with authority to make day-to-day decisions.
Lead cross-functional IPTs across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to meet project commitments.
Develop and drive executable project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned to customer requirements and business objectives.
Lead cost, schedule, and technical trade decisions within program scope and escalate when needed.
Partner with Program Managers to align scope, execution, and contractual requirements.
