Job summary

Century Therapeutics is seeking an Engineer to develop, characterize, implement, and support iPSC-derived cell therapies. The role involves culturing, differentiating, and characterizing iPSCs and derivatives; design development studies; collaborate across teams; strong scientific, organizational, and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience.
• Bioreactor-based processing and DOE-driven development.
• Flow cytometry data generation and interpretation.
• Understanding of cGMP/GLP and regulatory concepts.
• Strong ELN documentation and scientific writing.

Responsibilities

• Execute cell culture and differentiation experiments with accuracy.
• Design bioreactor studies to optimize agitation, aeration, and feeding.
• Perform flow cytometry assays and interpret results.
• Analyze data to link parameters to differentiation outcomes.
• Collaborate with Drug Product Development, Analytical, MSAT, QA.
• Maintain ELNs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay current with iPSC biology and scale-up technologies.
• Contribute to regulatory filings (IND/BLA) documentation.
