Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in quality control/inspection in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Tools: SAP, MES or similar systems; basic MS Office skills.
• Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In-process inspection at key milestones to ensure engineering specs are met.
• Identify, document, and report material defects or cosmetic/structural variances.
• Collaborate with production operators, shift supervisors, and technicians to address deviations.
• Log audits and measurements in MES/local tracking software in real time.
• Support internal product/process audits and contribute to QA SOP improvements.
• Maintain cleanroom and safety protocols on the manufacturing floor.
