T1 Energy is seeking a Quality Specialist to support and maintain high product and process quality across our solar module manufacturing operations in Wilmer, Texas. You will participate in inspections, update quality docs, and lead CAPA initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality control.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing environment (solar/electronics/semiconductor preferred).
• Strong understanding of quality tools and processes (CAPA, FMEA, control plans, inspection standards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections to verify compliance with quality standards during solar module production.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, outsourced components, and finished goods to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection standards, control plans, work instructions, and FMEA.
• Track non-conformances and lead root cause investigations; support CAPA implementation.
• Contribute to development of quality standards for new product introductions.
• Analyze customer feedback and product quality complaints; recommend corrective actions and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to maintain a strong quality culture.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure alignment with ISO and industry quality requirements.
• Participate in training programs; may include international travel for onboarding or technical instruction.

The Role

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on manufacturing experience, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to quality control in a fast‑paced production environment.

What You'll Do
