Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. is actively seeking an IPQA Engineer to own in-process quality across our high-volume solar manufacturing lines in Wilmer, Texas.

You will develop control plans, lead audits, and drive CAPA with a hands-on, data-driven approach to ensure each module meets stringent quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of manufacturing quality engineering, familiarity with SPC/FMEA, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality engineering in manufacturing; solar/semiconductor preferred.
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, control plans, precision measurement tools, and ISO 9001.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/MES or quality database experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections and audits on the production line.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA for quality issues.
• Develop and maintain control plans, SOPs, and documentation.
• Oversee laboratory testing and calibration activities.
• Analyze data to identify quality trends and report to leadership.
• Train IPQA technicians and support cross-functional teams.
